raymarine st60 log transducers ybw forum
Mar 09, 2014 · The current depth transducer is a datamarine glassed to the inside of the hull. There's no indication it actually goes thru the hull. I'd really like to reuse this if I can but the specs say its a 210 hz unit and I think the airmar that comes with the st60 is 200 hz. 1. Will the old transducer

Aug 05, 2016 · The new transducer fixed the problem although much later, the ST70 failed. But no further depth reading problems. May I suggest that you record your log reading before changing the transducer, as we found that by whatever mechanism, the log was reset to zero by the process. May 03, 2005 · The st60 can use either the Rotavecta transducer or a mast head unit with seperate anemometer and wind vane transducers. All Rotavecta transducers are the same. The st40 and st30 displays do not support the mast head units with seperate transducers. Aug 20, 2010 · Just installed a new depth/speed system using the Raymarine ST60. I think there was a note somewhere (can't find it) about separate starting and house batteries because the Raymarine doesn't like voltage dips! I just ignored that. No way I'm doing that on a 30 foot sailboat with a Yanmar 2GM that starts on no voltage at all. May 22, 2004 · I'm having problems with my newly installed ST60 Wind. On it's first start-up with everything connected I didn't get CAL in the display as the manual states is supposed to happen. Checked the Raymarine troubleshooting site and it suggests that I have cable connection problems. I checked and retightened all connections, but still no CAL. Next is the 1/8" spade connectors to mount it to the back of the ST60 speed.

I removed the ST-50 Tri-Data head and sent it to Raymarine for diagnosis - they couldn't recreate the problem. I finally just replaced all my old instruments with ST-60 --
